Hans-Hermann Hoppe's 1987 German study of property, anarchy, and the state, published by Westdeutscher Verlag. Its five chapters ask whether normative social theory can be justified and answer with a theory of individualist anarchism, move from welfare measurement to a theory of justice, set out a pure theory of social welfare and the foundations of property, and close with a long comparison of anarchic and political orders.

The book develops in German the arguments Hoppe published in English two years later in A Theory of Socialism and Capitalism. An appendix argues that failing to render aid should not be punishable.
